These terms describe how you can use Klaro Digital. We've kept the language clear and business-friendly.
About the service
Klaro Digital is a SaaS platform for AI governance. It helps EU businesses track AI usage, evaluate risk, and produce compliance documentation aligned with the EU AI Act.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter — including AI tool descriptions, departments, and oversight settings — and for keeping your account credentials safe.
Not legal advice
Klaro Digital provides structured compliance insights, not legal advice. The risk scores, flags, and reports generated by the platform are tools to help your team — they don't replace counsel from a qualified lawyer or your DPO.
Service availability
We work hard to keep Klaro Digital available, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Subscription and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in EUR.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days for any issue.
Acceptable use
Don't use Klaro Digital to violate the law, infringe on others' rights, or attempt to compromise the platform. We may suspend accounts engaged in abusive activity.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or fail to pay. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days before it's permanently deleted.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.
